That's Picacho Avenue/US 70 at the top, with Blake's just off the right side. Main Street running through the middle with the odd split to Water and Church Streets. Yeah, been there. A lot. Drove through in June from my mom's place in Phoenix to back here. Las Cruces.

Taken from StreetView, which explains the odd building lines and the perspective. Bonus: Identify the lengthy song often used in the 1970s by radio DJs to take a smoke (or other) break that originated here and the band that performed it.
