It's the US, and it's cold. The state flag is not very legible, and I can't quite read the words above the parking garage, lower right. Something county. So, guess to start is Indianapolis.

Dont think Indy has any hills DT, I dont recall any area tht looks like that but could be wrong usually am in and out to Lilly when there

also it to me looks like NY State license plates

there is an IBM building
