It's been a while since I was in Corpus... in fact, it was when Princess Diana was killed in the car accident.

Here's a place that's quite the opposite.

Looks like it's somewhere in Russia, possibly Siberia, something like Tomsk. It looks like I can see some orthodox cathedrals in the distance, but maybe my eyes are playing tricks on me.

well then it must be one of the cities on the Volga, that is a very large river in the photo.

if it is east of the Urals than it is in Siberia, unless you mean to say it's not in Russia and instead is in Kazakhstan or something.
