In my high school geography class it was in "The Sunny Crimea". The Hero-City obelisk is next to the monument to the defenders of Sevastopol (or is it Sebastopol?)

It's Севасто́поль in Russian so Sevastopol would be the correct way, but traditional it was written Sebastopol.
