OK, this is a little different:

Here's a photo of a major building--this design was fairly popular in the late '60s early '70s and there are several buildings that look like this in various places. Where is this one located?

Not Houston either, but I agree Houston has two very similar buildings to this one.

Yes! Even though it looks like it's somewhere in the suburbs, this building is in downtown Nashville, close to the state Capitol.
