Yep, it's the south edge of downtown Seattle! I figured the stadium would give it away. It's kind of a blend of Pioneer Square and the International District. In addition to the stadium, there are also two train stations visible in the center of the picture.

yep, you got. Harrisburg was built somewhat similarly to DC in the period of the city beautiful movement.
