That's not the entire skyline. The dome is distinctive. (BTW, my mother-in-law is from there, and two of my wife's aunts live within 30 minutes. Our maid of honor lives near KC.) Topeka, KS. I was there two years ago next week.

Topeka it is! Yes, you're right that this isn't the whole skyline. I figured that the Capitol dome would be a big enough clue to help identify it. I was in Topeka last summer (for about 10 minutes)
