I had thought Barranquilla was in Venezuela, but it's in Colombia, so how 'bout Barranquilla, Colombia?

Barranquilla, situated at the mouth of the Rio Magdalena, between the tourist-heavy cities of Cartagena and Santa Marta, is Colombia's modern port city, a pleasant but rather bland city best known for its spectacular carnival.
(PS. If you ever get the chance to visit Colombia you should)
