^^ County seat of Major County (see above), home of the world's oldest free fly-in in November, and the 2-cylinder parade and threshing bee. And my in-laws' home town. The courthouse way at the end of Broadway (looking east).
It doesn't appear to be in the contiguous 48 but I may be wrong.
My initial guess is that it is part of Seoul, South Korea
