Yep. A college town of a little over 50,000 people, Oregon's 10th largest city, Corvallis, is home of Oregon State University and a very high population of Prius/bike driving/riding hippies. Situated in the mid Willamette valley, Corvallis is one of America's most westerly cities of size, and abbuts the coast range. This particular photo is of several new riverfront mixed use developments south of downtown.
