The PowerLine is bothering me though as I think it is mostly underground lines in the 90210...

So perhaps it's San Fernando?

Yes. This picture is taken about one block into the Hollywood Hills, looking eastbound down towards the intersection of Sunset Boulevard (straight ahead) and LA Cienega Boulevard (cross street.) You're up.
