How do you guys get the google street view image to CD?
It's not SoCal but it is west of the Mississippi.
To get a good StreetView I take a screenshot of what I am looking at (for my keyboard, it's Shift-Print Scrn, but it might be fN-Print Scrn on a laptop, can't tell you what it is for Linux or Mac). This sends what the screen is showing to the clipboard. Then I use a photo editor (I have Canon Photo Editor at home, but you can use Paint or if you are lucky, Photoshop) and crop the extraneous stuff. Maybe even blur out obvious clues or add an extraneous pterodactyl or Loch Ness monster. I then upload it to TinyPic, where I have an account, and copy the Image URL and paste in CD.
