Well, yeah, generally. But ya gotta remember my family size! LOL!! We look for large when we look at houses!!

I'm not familiar with the Woods. If it's United Homecraft, I'm thinkin' it was built early on ~ near the Oaks/Royal Oaks area?????? Lookin' for Oak Cask on mysa listings but don't see it. (Gotta go to the kids' computer to access the "real" MLS, and I jis hate the darned thing!)

moovinXtown - what's the address #?

Sheesh you two! Get a room already!

Westcreek is very nice, IMO--to stay on topic. And I know Tiger is the trash-picker-upper of choice.

I know the area, I think it is a very nice established part of WC.

K, jis looked at it again, and I'd think I'd go for it! Jis make sure that you get a good/foundation inspection if you have foundation concerns. (What's up with that fireplace, tho?????)

Moderator cut: mls# address is 1314 OakCask.
Asking price is 224 which looks about 10k above last year's tax appraisal according to the BCAD records (I am a snoop)
Does the price sound reasonable? SF price would be about $56. Appraisal also rates it at under 3900 SF unless they count the outside porches etc.
