We're working on completely overhauling the site - the calender that was built into the existing site was one of the major issues...

While you're working on the calendar, can you remove Fred Flintstone's birthday reminder?

Looking forward to new design!

works for me

only issues I see now is it should say previous calendars because there are more than one and I would reverse the order so it goes from newest old calendar to the oldest under previous calendars, mostly because I think users would probably be most interested in a calendar that had just expired instead of one that expired 6 months ago. but that's just me

rd, I noticed that. But I'm working with what's been 'polished' for soooo long! I haven't decided if I want to improve what's there for now, or just make the new updates and reserve the bulk of the work for the redesign...

I DID, however, try to normalize the font size, etc, on the different pages. It's funny how in one page, there are 4-5 sentences each with different font sizes, bolding, colors, etc etc etc .... it's really out there!!!

HTML is a great exercise in frustration, but really rewarding when you finally figure out what's wrong. I wish I could say the same thing about databases.. that's one of my current classes and I now know a job I would never in a million years want to do.. no wonder DBA's make a lot of money

I remember attempting to take C++ via online classes back in my military days. NO WAY! That was extremely difficult. Now I do things the military way - jump in with both feet and learn as you go...

We spent the morning down at the sports park today, our oldest one had soccer. We spent time playing with our youngest kid at the baseball fields, and the playground.

My wife and I saw tons of our friends! It's amazing how 'close' Westcreek is coming. We really like how the management is taking care of things and providing events, etc.

We did spend lots of time picking up trash. Lots of sport drink and water bottles around, lids, etc. Someone had a pinata at the playground area and there were bits of string and paper everywhere! Of course the wind didn't help. But, this leads me to my next topic:

If someone were to organize a park cleanup day, or a mini-'basura bash', etc., how many of you would take part in it? We can make it a picnic/bbq type setup, but try to get some folks out to just clean up a bit. Any takers?!?

As long as we are uncommitted for something else, count us in. If you can give me a date as soon as you have decided, I will put it into our planner.

I swear, I thought things were suppose to SLOW DOWN the older you got!
