Ok I'll bite.
I think the O/P wants confessions from average women or slams against them so I'll fess up. We average women are bitter, scornful and jealous that anyone dare look better than us so we take it out on men who think they're worthy of only '10s'. Mmkay?
Maybe not..but how many women get to star in a movie and make millions? Also, watch the movie and see what kind of woman the 10 was, and how the message is to not rate women. God...have you watched it? If so, you would know that the movie is teaching men to get to know a woman for who she is, not what she looks like.
I define 'nice' as: friendly, sweet, kind, gentle, considerate.
As for the jealousy, I don't make assumptions, I observe actual behavior.
Maybe you do, but obviously you have not met every woman in the world. I do not like lumping people together or making generalizations. It sounds like you have made these observations from observing two women. Your recent threads show that your mind changes like the wine. I think to the smart man the woman would lose her status, but to a man just interested in looks she would remain a 10. Also, a man who would rate a woman is not smart in my opinion...

Yes, I hope there is someone for everyone, and I hope my someone winds up being a guy that wants me for what is inside not on the outside. My looks will fade, but my intelligence, wit, and heart will only grow with time.

And for the record, as far as I'm concerned, in order for a woman to be a '10' every man on the planet would have to agree as such. So guess what.
