I did not read the link, but does it include the number that are available and not in use by non-virus patients?

That's the thing..you may have 50 ventilators in North Dakota has like one case. they aren't going to ship those to New York...because god forbid it explodes there and they don't have what they need.
It would be very odd for ND to have that many excess ventilators. The population of North Dakota is about 761,000. Poor example.
