and it seems they still do not. The Dems who voted for closing knew it would not pass but had to vote along party lines on this one. The vote was nothing but a show.

Under current rules, transferring foreign terrorist prisoners (suspects) to American prisons would make all American prisoners terrorists.

Even returning Mid-East war veterans are considered terrorists by this administration.
