Loser in a trailer? Even IF your person from Ghana ain't what he or she claims; the person's words are still true cause Black Africans are MUCH more successful in the US than most, NOT all, American Black people.
The words there are "bias motivation"; not all Black on white crimes are hate crimes nor are all white on Black crimes hate crimes either.
