There are more dumpy neighborhoods in Philadelphia than good neighborhoods.


But, no, the city obviously isn't an entire dump.

FPS, one o'clock in the afternoon?


Three this afternoon somebody was robbed at gunpoint of $255 at 10th and Wallace.


And there was a drive-by shooting at 12th and Ogden last night. Suspect arrested.
