quenelle,, you’ll be in the thoughts and prayers of many here!

This afternoon I spent a little over an hour in queue waiting for the tech support to answer my call. However on the positive side they fixed the problem and I am very pleased with the outcome.

I needed a new electric motor for a home repair, so off to a bigbox store where I was provided “just the answer” needed. Bought it and left. When I returned home to make the repair, it wasn’t the correct one. The next day (today) I went to my little neighborhood hardware store and bought the correct motor. Bought it. Got home and started the repair again, only to find that when I couldn’t attach this motor to the original frame because the small nuts holding the bolds had changed “sizes” from the OLD original motor to the NEW and improved one. Now I need to go and find the correct size nuts and off to the bigbox store to do this and also to return the unused motor. Things went great; I got a refund and looked for the nuts that I needed. You can’t buy one or two at a time, you need to buy a package of 12 nuts for $1.27. Life is so nasty at times when it comes to repair work and hardware that has been updated by the makers. This simply repair now cost more than $20 bucks and three trips for parts at two different stores.

I agree but it always seems like something or someone needs to mess up a good day. I try to give it only five minutes of my time and then move one. It's such a waste of energy (five minutes is all that it deserves).

My camera was taken from our car during the Easter service. Hard to keep it from ruining a pleasant day............
Since whoever it was doesn't have the other lens, charger and accs, I think they may not get full enjoyment of a Panasonic DMC-G1K

That's awful that someone would steal a camera out of someone's car during a church service, especially on Easter.

My small vent is guys in a vehicle who would so eagerly cut off a female pedestrian who is waiting to cross the street, struggling with several bags. Jerk!

^^ I feel your pain. I've learned that I need to write down the user id and password on a list, then when things like that happen I've got them at hand and can start all over again.
