I saw WoWS last night. What bothered me most was Leo DiCaprio (not one of my faves) doing his Ray Liotta Goodfellas impression through the entire movie. His voice & accent were essentially the same, as were both characters... but his acting just didn't grab me here.

Watch Goodfellas or Casino instead of this. Hated it. Not one likeable character & Jonah Hill is so incredibly hard too look at, particularly on the big screen... I simply don't get his appeal. What a disappointing dud.

1/2* out of 5.

Wall-E.
The early scene reminds me of myself. wall-E: Me. Eve: My partner.
I used to be alone or feel that I am alone until my partner comes.

"Dallas Buyers Club". Leto is completely phenomenal in that film. Totally deserving of his Globe win & Oscar nom. Matthew was excellent as well, Leto just stood out more for me. He needed to be in the film more, not enough scenes. Also watched a documentary "Last Call at the Oasis", regarding water pollution & water shortage globally. Very good, depressing because you realize people just do not give a crap, no matter how much you try to educate them. And I'm talking in this country.

I watched The Sound Of Music in December with Carrie Underwood. It was no where near as good as the original with Julie Andrews.
