Conte d'ete (1996) (A Summer's Tale), Eric Rohmer ★★★★★

You're like a tramp who wakes up a millionaire.

It's my Akira Kurosawa weekend, and what better way to start than this wonderful "who done it?" classic

The Satanic Rites of Dracula (1973) - IMDb

decent for 70s horror flick though it was more terrifying to have a thinking vampire

Saw "Mother's Day"--friend wanted to see it so we went with her
Interminable...out-takes had couple of funny lines

Shot in Atlanta--think lot of the extras were probably "known" to Atlanta-maybe someone's mother or daughter...
Just one of those movies you can sit in front of and think about other things
Put together to make business on Mother's Day...
Margo Martindale good as always but playing the country bumpkin doesn't use any of her talent...
Jennifer Garner in unexpected short role...
And why is it so difficult for Timothy Oliphant to find a decent movie role...he is great actor, gorgeous hunk, but geez...I liked him in Hit Man much better
