Selfishly, Im hoping he doesnt do that. I dont know if that would even help....

It would definitely help. It's not going to fix the problem, and you may even still see cases and deaths continue to increase...but it would be a lot worse otherwise.

If they could get the older people vaccinated things would be a lot better. They're doing people in nursing homes and assisted living but the elderly who live alone and have to get groceries, put gas in the car, go to the dr, and who want to do things but have been hunkered down for nearly a year--vaccinate them and then people wouldn't be so worried. Young people could still go to restaurants and not worry about spreading it to the elderly.

If phase 2 includes these populations, I would envision some sort of vaccine administration that would be able to go to those in need, otherwise many would just forgo getting it if getting out of the house is a production in itself
No offense but shes 97! I mean where is she really going...vaccine or not?

Actually I would take offense. At that age, staying active and being able to go places could result in a much more positive attitude...and could easily prolong one's life by a few months.

To spend time with great grandchildren? Grandkids? Other people?

Maybe one final trip to Encore before they sell the place?

1:00 Baker speaks... place your bets:

Is he rolling back even more, closing casinos and indoor dining?

Is he holding steady?

Find out in 40 minutes.

I would have to think that the shutdown announcement would be next week.

That's my thought as well. Baker doesn't want to be the one the "cancel" Christmas and it's less decisive to make everyone hide for 2 weeks right after the holiday.
