I wouldn’t set foot in a gym currently, however most people can’t afford to drop $3-5k on exercise equipment and then add a $50/mo subscription on top of that.

I didn’t want the peloton. I’ve never used it

Those aren't the only options.

Right. You can get a treadmill for $100.

Those who don't feel good about should not use it. But there's no evidence it's any riskier than anything else.

I can promise you that's not happening everywhere, but good for them if they maintain that level of compliance. Between the mask wearing and feeling rushed like that (and confined to certain areas), IDK that would certainly be tough for my routine. And there have been outbreaks reported at gyms, not sure if in Mass. yet though.

Oh my God, you're one of those? 9 months into the pandemic? I refuse to debate this point. Good luck

Not sure where you get that there's any rushing--there isn't. And like I said, it's a supplement, not a replacement, to what can be done at home or outdoors. As for the mask wearing, you improvise and make the best of it if you want to stay in shape. It's not ideal, but it's a lot better than sitting on the sofa eating potato chips, letting your immune system and muscles get weak.

Yes, because you don't have scientific evidence to fall back on. Oh my God isn't an argument.

Curious as to why kids under 2 don’t have to wear them. Wasn’t it under 4 at one point ? I get it’s a pain having them keep them on but a 1 year old is certainly capable of spreading germs.
