They are rotating stations so some nights will be 2am (slot sections) and 3am (Pit sections) it just depends what station your in that day. It seemed like a ton of girls for grave, but from what I have read the gaming area is huge. So who knows. I didn't get to see the extra board list so that might still be open.

Thank you so much, Pixy26!!! I will relay that kind message to my friend.

My friend has not heard anything from CC about a bartending position. You're the only one that I know that has gotten a call for bartending. By the way, do you happen to know how many bartenders were hired for Vettro Cafe? I'm wondering if your place is the only one that has hired their bartenders at this point . It seems like other bartenders on this thread, or friends of friends that I know that have applied for bartender, haven't heard anything yet .

Definitely an intense week! Prayers and wishing you all good luck!

I am not sure upon how many bartenders have been hired at Vettro. I only seen the short list of the signatures from the bartender offers that were above mine. And on that page weren't more than 5!! So I don't know how many others they are on other pages. I don't even know how big the place will be lol its odd that no other bartenders on this thread have been hired. Makes no sense to me on that. When I went on my dept interview I was interviewed by the Beillagio dept manager and he said well, your interview went great and I want you to come in for a 2nd interview ( which I never got called in to do) and that there are ALOT of bartenders applying for the position so competition is very high. So where are the others? I know there somewhere. I am still hoping your friend gets a call and offer!! To be honest, I didn't think I would get a call at all! I'm out of state, and thought I smiled too much during the interviewing ( laughn!) ima mega happy and bubbly person, couldn't help it. Lol everyone here is so great! Other than my family you guys are the only friends I know in vegas! Not hearing of any offers going out for you all is geting me very upset, seriously! You all deserve it! It would be great to work with some of you prayers are still going up for you all. Keep your head up and faith strong my friendz!
wish I could do more to help like be a serect cc spy and find out what going on! Lol

The cocktail servers don't necessarily pay for each drink but they are tip allocated a certain amount per drink they serve.

For example, at the restaurant I currently work the food servers are allocated $7 per hour we work. If I work 40 hours per week, that would mean I'd get allocated $560 on a two week paycheck. This amount is added to my hourly income and the government taxes me on it. Uncle Sam has to get his cut any way he can

The chef that I interviewed with showed me the floor plan of Cafe Vettro and it is pretty big. I believe he said it will be able to seat about 500.

My husband has HMO-HPN. That is also one of the options for my insurance. The other insurance offer is MGM/Mirage insurance. What is that? I don't need 2 HMO's so I think I'll go with MGM/Mirage?
Thanks for the wonderful information FreckleFace78. That was one of my initial concerns with being part-time and no insurance... My situation is still up in the air but honestly, I didn't think I would waiver about getting another full-time job but for some reason I am really excited about CC... It's crazy I know

Thanks again so much for sharing, Pixy26!

I had written on this thread quite a few post ago that I was wondering if each area was independantly hiring for their restaurant, lounge, etc., for the position of bartender. I know that when a person would apply for bartender at a Hotel/Casino, one would usually simply apply for bartender in general. It seems like when people were applying online to CC for the position of bartender, they would apply for somewhere specific, e.g. a particular lounge, Vettro Cafe, casino, some other specific restaurant, etc. Pixy26, did you apply specifically for Vettro Cafe? Do you know if the person from the Bellagio that interviewed you was doing interviews for Vettro Cafe or bartenders in general? This seems pertenant and may explain why other bartenders, if they have applied for other areas, haven't heard from CC. It seems strange that there may have been, as an example, 12-15 bartenders hired for the Vettro Cafe, but yet no one else has heard anything as far as bartenders. I don't know, just curious and it may explain a lot.
