If you are working weekends, then you should be able to get good tips from all the people that stay out and party.

Keep your hopes up. I just got my offer last wk for bartender. CC reps told me your account gos from OPEN/ACTIVE to OPEN/BLACK right after the drug test. Its blank on our end becuse it going though the department and managers are reveiwing it but is still ACTIVE on their end. After my offer my status went back to OPEN/ACTIVE
There are still at least 12 ARIA postions online that they are STILL hiring for. And when I went in for the offer the place was pact and people were still coming in for just interviews. So you are waayy closer than they. Keep your faith up. Your offer is coming.
