What!!! There was never a card given to take the drug test. You were either call by phone (like I was) or some even said they were sent an email, but I think majority of the people who were ask to take a drug test was call by phone

Banker 826, If they want to drug test him he will receive a call. That card is simply just information for his benefit on the hiring time-line.

Just FYI. Table Games, Spa, Front Services, Finance, and Housekeeping (for both ARIA and Vdara) have all started their job offers. Some will be complete within the next week. If you haven't received a call chances are slim that you may at this point, unless its a big department like Housekeeping for F&B

Thank you for your response. I edited my first post as I read the previous post incorrectly.

Also, the e-mail saying someone is still "A competitive candidate," is that even worth anything?

It definitely means hes still in consideration, but it's basically just a mass communication sent out to everyone that is still an active candidate.

1st department interview April 09
Drug test July 09

Join Date: Sep 20091 posts, read 168 times Reputation: 10 Hello All! I have read every single thread on here regarding City Center! I too would love some insight.Jan.11 09 applied online for management position ( don't want to mention what)Jan. 29.09 Interviewed (at cubicle) June 22,09 Interview with Department manager. great feedback. They said callbacks would be in July or August????As of today there has been no: 2nd interview, no drug test, no background check, no phone calls, and no emails? Application online has remained "active" for 8 months.I have called CC several times, really no info. other than they said if yes it'll be a phone call, if no it'll be an email. It's very hard waiting by the phone.Any additional info. you may have would be great, thanks so much. and good luck to all.

I had a call for my drug test straight from the CC but from what I have read a lot of people had it mailed out although I thought they were emailing it out? In any case all my communication has come via phone call thus far.
