Hik, I would say counter height is more of a pizza and beer style than Happy meal althought those do turn in to a Happy meal! I know you are excited, congrats there.

Thanks everyone!!!!!

I really recommend Brown Squirrel Furniture. Family-owned. Huge selection of every type of furniture and price. Something for everyone. No creepy salespeople.

The set is extremely heavy. Very comfortable. It has a pop-up leaf. Mango is suppose to be eco-friendly. Who knows.

Bear in mind that the chandelier came with the house. Looks like the one that I grew up with. That will be coming down and replaced with amber-colored lights. Walls will be light olive-green.

Beautiful set, Hik! I felt the same way when we got our new LR set a few months ago, it is exciting!

As far as the internet/phone thing--if a cable company does it then it has to run through the cable line, which doesn't work down here in the office-not sure why, and DH could fix it I'm sure, but he has so much on his plate to try and "hurry up" to get it done...KWIM? We may still end up looking at getting at least the phone/internet switched in the next month or so--We REALLY like our dish though--and the Customer Service from them is PHENOMENAL. It was such a welcome change from the people @ "that" phone company.
