I'm making bulgogi tonight - just finished making the marinade but I'm not sure what we will have for sides. I don't have any other Korean dishes in my culinary repertoire. I do have some leftover rice so I may make an Asian rice and veggie dish.
Tofu, and spinach salad. DH will probably have leftover soup.

I really wanted to have some spinach so found a perfect recipe: chicken breast in creamy mustard sauce (with spinach). Rice noodles and baby peas will accompany. The creamy sauce uses creme fraiche which I bought to make a dessert last week so win-win to use it up.
Chicken, vegetable stir fry with an alfredo sauce. Topped with fresh parmesan.
