It is not even really one of the ingredients so don't worry about using it. I just thought it would add some more of the sesame flavor...but is not necessary at all!

Not sure how that oil would work because I put the sesame oil in the sauce not in the pan where I cooked the chicken. I only use a spray olive oil in the pan for cooking the chicken.

Nothing special, but it sounds good for a change. Hamburgers, steamed cauliflower and broccoli, and some bread w/the burgers.

Tonight I am on my own kids have a dance at their school so they are going out to eat with friends first. Might just end up being that leftover soup I made last night.

Gee whiz you can bet I am going to try that sesame chicken it sounds easier than other recipes I have tried and never seemed to have that "just right" taste. Thanks for sharing cyn.

We made it to 55° today in my part of the Hoosier state think tomorrow we will get a couple of things shored up outside before old man winter comes to sit a spell. We have just been having teaser temps lately of low 30°.

How I wish there was a Cracker Barrel near us-I have e-mailed them so many times as this would be an ideal area for them. But then again my diet would be shot!!!! I love the shopping there too.

My DP noticed that the patrons at the Cracker Barrel that we stopped at in the south were all extremely obese....I am too but thru the eyes of love he over looks that.... He is very lean and his family are all extremely thin; he was genuinely shocked. They had some of the best sweet tea I have ever had.

Well hub is off to PA. I dropped him and his nephew off at the airport. I made them a couple chicken sandwiches and chips to munch on. Save some $ considering airlines charge for everything now.

I am enjoying the house with just the little one and I. Cooking tonight? Me? ummmm think I am going to make babes fishsticks (he hearts them). Think I will have a glass of wine tonigt Light some smelly candles and watch a good movie....I'll check in in a bit.

Mom that chicken will be on the menu for next week! Way to go! Good for you! Keep up the good work! YUM YUM YUM YUM !!!! <3333333333
