I have no idea what to call it, but I sauteed onions and green chilies, then added meat picked off of a rotisserie chicken, and fried it with hash browns. It was wonderful...
The rest of the chicken is in a pot turning into broth.

I don't care what ya call it this sounds so good. I'm a push over for the green chilies. Add onions and chicken and it has to be good.
Trying to keep it light tonight as we're going out for a birthday breakfast for my daughter tomorrow morning and I'll be eating a stack of pancakes!
Just trying to decide on where to go... Original Pancake House or Cracker Barrel ... or...???
Tomorrow is my daughter's birthday too!!
I just wish I lived close enough to her to take her to breakfast!
Hope you have a wonderful celebration.....I vote for Cracker Barrel - my favorite restaurant!!
I have to chime in and say Cracker Barrel too I love their food especially breakfast. Never can get out of there without looking in the gift shop too. We don't have an IHOP closer than 35-40 miles away so maybe if one was closer I might choose it instead. But when we go to that city there is an awesome mom & pop place that blows any breakfast place away I have ever eaten at all across this country.
I wish we had a mom and pop place for eating out. It's not an option for us. Only one left and it's not one I would refer friends too sadly I must say. Rather eat at home and clean up the mess than there now.
We were supposed to have carne asada for dinner tonight, but we're still waiting for a delivery to arrive; I didn't want to chance it getting here the same time dinner was ready, so we ordered a pizza instead.
I'll make the carne asada over the weekend instead.

Pizza is a good thing. Any day is a good day for pizza. I am so ready for one. Maybe tomorrow for us.
