we ate, well I don't know what it would be called in english, but it's basically peeled and sliced eggplant, layered in a baking dish, w/ground beef (that's been sauted w/onions & garlic) in between the layers of eggplant. cover w/ tomato sauce (a little onions and garlic, s & p in there too), cover and bake. Serve w/rice. I love it. Just thought it could be served w/ pasta too, considering the tomato sauce and all, but I havent tried that.

I found some cabbage rolls in the freezer. I defrosted them and heated them for dinner.

My therapist told me to go by the 1 hour rule. He said if I should hurt for about an hour after exercises.

Good morning-what a busy group you were last night!!!!

Amber-hope Pop feels better and I bet your pot roast is a cure for sure!

Looks like Cracker B is a winner-I love to buy their fried apples and use in stuffing for pork.

Well, we went to the food court and got burgers and fries last night... boy did they hit the spot after running around like a chicken with my head chopped off all day yesterday....Then we were running around the mall looking for winter boots for DIVA and the school has rule about boots... since we basically live in the ARCTIC up here in the SNOW BELT.... the kids must wear real boots that hold up to -20 degrees.... REAL BOOTS... and most of the boots are actually picked over already. So, we had to dig and dig to find her size.... So, after three hours, five stores, and and endless mountain of shoes.... The LAST PAIR finally made it home...... and SKBS celebrated with a glass of Chocolate Wine that she brought home from the wine tasting that was one stressful shopping trip! Holy Cow.... and there are two things in this world that put a smile on my fast..... Food and Fashion! LOL......

I think I am making soup tonight.... there is chance there raindrops are turning into flakes by bedtime and I can feel the chill in the air....I want to have a batch for the real snowfall tomorrow all boiled up and ready to go.... I like it better the second day... Have a great Saturday everyone... we are off to the Farmers Market and then the little one's Karate Class.......
