New poll

National (FOX News) : Clinton +13
Wisconson (Emerson) : Clinton +6

The Fox News national poll last month had Sanders +3 and the qunnipiac poll also had Clinton +2 only last month around the New Hampshire primary period. But now they both have Hillary leading by double digits!

These polls are nauseating. We really need to shorten the primary season.

New poll

National (Bloomberg) : Sanders +1

However, all it really matters is:
Sanders ties Clinton in national poll - POLITICO

The poll found some encouraging signs for Clinton as the Democratic race moves into its second half. She leads Sanders 50 percent to 47 percent among those yet to vote in a Democratic primary or caucus, an indication that her drive toward the Democratic nomination won’t be impeded.

I truly think this would be over by now if California voted early like it did in 2008. I believe they voted in February, now it's June. Combine that with Wisconsin, New York, Pennsylvania in April and some of the mid-major eastern states it probably would have been over by next month.

Agreed. We should have a few months of campaigning, a few debates, and then the whole country votes on the same day. Make election day a national holiday--the general in November as well--to encourage turnout, but then be done with it. This never-ending campaigning, followed by an election after which the campaigning begins again within months for the next election, is absurd. I know of no other country that drags it out like this. Absurd.

It will likely be over for all practical purposes after PA and NY vote. They're populous (many delegates) and Hilary is heavily favored. If she wins by anywhere near the margins polls indicate, Sanders would need at least 70% of the vote in all subsequent states to catch her, including CA.

It looks like she'll win handily in PA, NY, and MD. CA polls indicate she has a fairly narrow lead as well, but even if Sanders manages to eek out a win there it won't matter.
