Well...he likes to underplay the effect the snowstorms have..I get that, but at least wait till the storm starts to determine anything..

Every forecast I read says for CT and Westchester, storm won’t ramp up until 2-3 pm. I have to wonder if some people even bother to read specifics in the forecasts.
