Well, Both latest GFS & EURO models agree with widespread 20s next Saturday & Sunday morning from PA to Maine.

Only 4 official stations in CT have dipped into the 20s. (Hampton, West Thompson Lake, Staffordville, Meriden)

GFS continues it for Mon too Euro doesn't. Looks like a cold Halloween night and weekend!

I don't remember last year needing my stove for heat this much. Usually it's to take the chill out but without getting into the 60s lately I've been needing the heat.

Starting tomorrow it should be in the 60s for the next few days, I'm even hearing possible 70 Tuesday and Wednesday.

Just left a long post in the Fall thread. Enjoy the warmup guys, big changes next week. We'll see if it lasts or if it naturally just in and out.

I hope today is the last day I have to mow the lawn!

I haven't even cleaned the leaves yet! I'll try to get to it tomorrow...I was hoping I could wait till all the leaves were down, but that doesn't look likely. I want to dethatch and aerate too.

I mowed the lawn 4 times this entire summer. Couldn't believe it required so little

Yeah, I have a few things I want to do still. Plenty of time. I havent aerated in 7yrs. I believe the concept but think its a waste of money. I just mow leaves in, fertilize, add lime and reseed every year. Green and full without even dethatching. No sprinkler on it either. Lol

How is that possible? Did you have grub problems? I had my 4th mow by May! Was mowing every 5 days in September. I probably mowed over 20 times this yr.
