They have an identical one at Memorial & Reedy Branch where a Kangaroo was previously and that one also has great prices. I’ve started fueling at that one.

That doesn't surprise me in the slightest. I never saw any cars there and their food is too expensive for what you get. A company's brand doesn't get them but so far. It's being reported that Carolina Ale House in Greenville has closed. As of now, the restaurant is looking for another place to open in Greenville
It's unfortunate. I thought they should have built it originally in downtown. That same building profile with the "rooftop" patio would have been much better in uptown instead of in front of another dying mall.
E.R. Lewis construction tore down their office building at the intersection of Evans & Arlington. No clue what's happening next. I drove by at noon and they had backhoes parked around the building, then when I drove by at 6 they had it demolished.
