NYC hands down. But I’m bias being I’m from Brooklyn born and raised in bed-stuy. BK has thousands of beautiful black single women & we have a huge West Indian population here as well. I’ve been to Atlanta & DC, those are also pretty good cities for single black women in that age group. Me Being a boricua (Puerto Rican) I tend to gravitate towards Jamaican, Haitian, Trinidadian & Guyanese women a lot (that Caribbean culture is hits different

Chicago area st louis Cali Louisana or New York The catch of western cities only less black population only 8
Or 9% drop from 10% so the black men and women
Are in certain Metros and the black dating and marriage pool is lower then the East coast or Southern area
San Diego,Denver, Seattle, and maybe Phoenix has
A significant black marriage or combining older crowds but half of black men usually date and married
Other women like White, and latinas and sometimes Filipinas, which they have a more presence.
So it's half and half more brothers are moving back East
Too especially singles Men.
It's hard to create a definitive list of the best cities because 1. dating is pretty much the same everywhere 2. personal preferences have to play a large role; you'd have to like the city first and foremost.

I disagree. Some cities have a very active singles/dating scene whereas others don't. We are not appreciated everywhere. Black women have struggled with this issue for years.
