The link was to the database. You have to create your own tables by using the NHANES demographic variables. If you are looking for a diagram that lays out information about very specific subsets of the population in a Fisher Price-style manner, then no, you're not going to get that here. At best, you could export the data to Excel, take a screenshot of it, and then paste it.
Your link is too basic because it is not showing us a breakdown of the population by age and gender.
