I say Atlanta, New Orleans, Houston, Dallas, Charlotte, Birmingham and surprisingly Jacksonville. All in that order.
I do not like midwest black women and North East black women at all. I think the tri-state area and Virginia are cool. I think Cali women are ok at best.

Im just curious were in Charlotte can they be found? I was there back in April in the Eastland Mall area and traveled downtown a few times and only met a few of them. However there was this club (I'm not too sure about the exact location- it's by a Jack in the Box) and the women going in there were baddd. The thing is I always see decent looking women in the club- so where can they be founded outside the club?

I guess I would have to say NY, Chicago, and Atlanta because those 3 metros contain the MOST black people, therefore in my opinion, giving you MORE options.
However, I must say that ANY place with a large enough black population is a "GOOD" place to meet single black women.
I'm from Macon, GA and I see finer black women at 2 of the clubs here than I do at 7 or 8 of the clubs I've been to in ATL.

Well the Washington-Baltimore CSA has the 2nd largest black population in the country. Besides, Blacks have a huge presence in DC like Atlanta has in it's metro.

I look at those percentages as the key to knowing where the people are at, with at ATL 32% DC 27% and Balt is 29%, so when you combine that with the numbers your chances of finding black women are much higher in DC/Bmore area than maybe Chicago, NY is so big and it's only 18% and thats spread out across 3 states (NY/NJ/CT) so it's know telling where you may find that 18%. Basically the DC/Bmore CSA is about 8.2 mil and you have over 2 mil of that being black. Where in NY its almost 20 million and only 3.4 million of that is black. Same high percentages would apply for Atlanta.
Atlanta and Houston easily. However South Carolina also has great numbers per capita.
Dallas I believe is also underrated.
