Pittsburgh is at 71 after a shooting the other day in my neighborhood of Marshall-Shadeland. This beats 2014's recent high point of 70.

2022 Rate: 23.6/100,000

No bueno.

I heard on the radio today that University of Alabama Birmingham hospital has added more surgeons to their staff to deal with the rise in gun shot victims. Radio said that gun shot victims have doubled from years past. I thought that was very interesting.

Birmingham at 144, 10 of those are justifiable homicides.

Albuquerque at 119 surpassing last years record.

13 people murdered isn't pleasant. 0 is the unattainable goal.

Do we have data from all the major cities or is it a matter of having to find the info from the media?
