Looks like a Lafayette 148 is coming, too, based on the latest KOP line-up. Hadn't heard of that one, but looks to be pretty high-end.
That is a high-end women's fashion brand based out of New York. Definitely worth mentioning, and it appears they are only located in the top retail markets.
Marni, La Perla, Christian Louboutin, Jimmy Choo, Zadig&Voltaire, MCM, Vilebrequin.... many of them moved to SJ Valley Fair because of the looting and shoplifting that seems non-stop in SF
Yeah. I thought the Chanel boutique looks so depressing with vacancies on both sides but it turns out theyre moving to a bigger location a block over, and Van Cleef and Arpels is moving into 140 Geary formerly occupied by All Saints.

The RCG Luxury Index 2021 (Only The U.S. Metros Listed)
"The RCG Luxury Index ranks world cities on their luxury brand presence. The Index is forged on three pillars of the luxury goods industry: Louis Vuitton, Ferrari, and Rolex. Each brand is a leader in its category and its number of stores can be used as a measuring stick. The exhaustive market research and analysis behind each store’s opening by these leading companies provide a strong indicator of a city’s appetite for luxury goods."
Louis Vuitton stores were given 4pts, Ferrari dealerships 8pts, and Rolex resellers 1pt.

VCA moving out of Neiman Marcus to a standalone boutique -- that's good to hear!!!
And Chanel definitely deserves a bigger store. The current one looks tiny and too modest.

Yeah, that Chanel boutique is really tiny. Van Cleef & Arpels is a really great addition. Real hoity toity. LOL

That index is pretty close to the city rankings given by CD posters.
Quite a drop off after the top 3….adding some other exclusive brands (Richard Mille, Kiton, Brioni, Berluti, etc) wouldn’t change things; might even increase the gap.

VCA is actually transitioning out of Neiman Marcus entirely. The Tysons, VA store in NM will relocate to a standalone boutique elsewhere in the mall. They are also entering new markets like Philadelphia and somewhere else in California.
News I got per a friend connected to the company.
