Hi, I have a question regarding "the closing date". Originally I was told about 6-8 months as they haven't even graded the lot yet (Monarch Arbor section). But, I noticed my contract states January. How close was the date on your contract, or what you were told. I just want to be all ready. Thank you in advance.

We 'thought' they said around January 2014 but it turned out to be the end of April 2014. Who are you working with?

Thank you for getting back to me! I am working with Skip, (was Janice until we went there for the 1st time last year). I just wasn't sure if I should listen to what he is saying or if I should go by the contract lol.
I want to make sure we are all good & ready to close..... I would prefer April as well (that is about the time he told us), we aren't in a rush, but am very excited!

Now I am also in the fun part of getting insurance quotes!

Thank you again for getting back to me!

Crabtree gym is not bad, Hammer Strength, older cybex, and decent cardio. For someone 55 and older, $125 per year for city resident. Biggest gripe is the hours are terrible. I also live in Market Common and have a flexible schedule so as long as you don't want to train after 9 pm M-Thursday, Friday after 8, and closed on Sundays.Welcome to MB. Moved here from Arlington, VA. Love it 75%, but don't expect the polish, service or ethics you grew accustom to from the Balt/Wash region. It's all trade offs but can't beat the Market Common lifestyle, and proximity to beach.
