Hi all,

We are putting our townhouse in NMB up for sale and are looking at renting at the Alexan Withers Preserve until we move west....it is at Market Commons and I have seen many pros to living there....does anyone know of any cons of this apartment complex?

Thank you in advance.

Apartments For Rent in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina 29577 | Alexan Withers Preserve Apartments

Looks like there is nothing not to love. It has a pool, fitness center and is "pet friendly."
Everything looks quite nice to me. I don't know anyone who lives there but its location is great.
You have everything you need at your finger tips.
People with cons please chime in....I don't know of any personally. Best of Luck.

Thanks all...I don't think they are too expensive....it is hard for us to find a pet friendly home....so it is worth it for us....and as far as traffic....good grief I am used to that being 3 blocks from the beach in North Myrtle...but I do appreciate your viewpoint!!!!!!
