Noticed there are several resales in Emmens Preserve. Does anyone who lives in there know why?

Interesting, because when we were driving in there just recently we noticed there were hardly any resales. The new section we were looking at just sold out. And they look like they are getting ready to start construction in another area there.

We saw them on the internet this morning. Just look up Emmens Preserve resales and you will see them. Perhaps some of the homeowners associations doesn't allow signs. ?????

What website did you use to see those resales?
I was looking for them today and although they say 194 in Emmens Preserve, they are all over the area. Some are just $99,000. So I think its really deceptive advertising .

Just Google Emmens Preserve resales. When results pop up,click on the first one which says BRG. It says to sign in,but you don't have to. Just keep scrolling and you will see Available Emmens Preserve Homes. They have addresses on them, but the addresses are in Emmens Preserve. They start at $211,990 & go up. BRG's website is Myrtle Beach Real Estate and Property Search Engine if you want to see other listings as well. AND NO,I am not a realtor and I do not work for them.
