Or, as the late--unlamented--Richard Nixon stated, That guy has a lot of "Choots-Par".

He must have uttered that gem when he wasn't behind closed doors with that...man of God...Billy Graham, as the two of them liked to get together to discuss why they hated Jews. This is one of the more unsavory things to be found on his Oval Office recordings.

Just now heard on the Ham radio repeater:
"...It will be at 10 A.M......In the morning."

Which reminded me, I hear that a lot, referring to both morning and evening.
"A.M. in the morning"
"P.M. in the evening (or afternoon)"

Quite possibly the funniest, though, is 24 hour time, with the qualifier; "1730 in the afternoon".
