I work on a golf course and paid salary in xxxxxxxxx. I'm the assn. supper intendant, at the time I was hired in 1999 I was paid 27.000 with a 3% raise every year until 2007 when I didn't get any more raises until 2010 they raised my salary to 49.900 and haven't received a raise sense then. Every year sense 1999 I worked a lot of overtime...
Hmmm...If I'm making sense of his job description, it appears he was in charge of serving supper at the golf course.
I think that this gives new meaning to the admonition to...include a lot of greens...in one's diet.
I wish he had written, "fore % raise." Just for continuity.
The funny part was it was about a feud between Momma June and her ex-husband's new bride. Ew.

I used to enjoy this thread and get a chuckle or two....but it has definitely taken an ugly tone. Please think twice before you copy whole paragraphs from posters who may be upset or embarrassed by your ridicule.
In other words, you are a tRUMP supporter. Got it. Thanks.

Why, yes, I am. But that doesn't negate the fact that this thread was meant to be humorous. Instead, it has turned into a very ugly "mean girl" type of thread by bashing those of a different political view by choosing examples with numerous misspellings- under the guise of humor. By printing entire paragraphs and identifying what forum it came from, it needlessly targets the original poster and is just plain unkind.
I don't care if you are left, right or somewhere in between......using a humorous thread to hurt and ridicule others unnecessarily is not nice. That was my point.
A...journalist...has posted the following item in an online version of his newspaper:
Authorities identified the xxxxxxx County corrections officer who has been charged in the hit and run crash Sunday night that killed two well know political leaders as a 38-year-old resident.

Most of my posts are a comedy or tragedy of errors. I don't proofread. Sometimes I correct a mistake while I still have time. We've been known to turn ourselves into--or is it in to?--the grammar police.
After Firesign Theater, Prairie Home Companion, Monty Python's Flying Circus, and Saturday Night Live, where do we go? What are we to do? We've been ruined by comedians who have mocked everything from the black death to deformity. A few laughs about grammar and punctuation pale in comparison.
We've been told to not name C-D sources. For example, we can't say, "In the Home forum...."
Where's Waldo? There's got to be a mistake here somewhere.
