I'm doing the mild version as feeling lazy. Bought prepared beef, but have a lot of ingredients to tune the burgers up. Bacon, onion, tomatoes, cheese, aioli, olives, habanero sauce, tomato/butter paste and a variety of spices.

Happy that's it been rainy and dark all day, and hasn't gotten much above 75 F today. The next 6-7 days look great with thunderstorms in the forecast and then much cooler temperatures.

Happy to have got home from a tedious hard boring 7 hours of laboring work. Uh.

Happy that the weather is nice and usable at the moment before the crap comes in later this month.

Your second burger looks yummy, but man the first one reminds me of this show I stumbled upon on the telly. You should do the trip to KC and try the challenge. That ultimate destroyer thingy looks pretty bad to me tho. I imagine watching it while hungover would help puking.
