"california is dead. Texas is the new california. I'm glad I bought into dallas instead of socal" typical refrain you see online

Sigh. Don't expect real estate prices to be dropping in CA anytime soon. Mark it down: You're Going to be seeing a lot of expats returning to CA later this year, which will just inflate prices even higher.

Saw the forecasted low for Allen dip to -1. Now back up to a respectable 0...
College Station's forecast is now 22 on Monday for the high and 5 for the low.

Made it to 60 with a lot of rain today. Still 58. Front will come through overnight but really won't get that cold. Just stay in the upper 40s from sunrise on

We had a surprise dusting of snow this morning. It makes me wonder if that has implications for the predicted Sunday snowstorm.

Makes me wonder what kind of windchills Indy and Chicago can expect, I’m guessing nothing too extreme for the respective locations/latitudes?

Either that, or the newfound growth in Texas will see greater concentration in two distinct areas - the far southern RGV along Brownsville and SPI, as well as any low elevations of the far western deserts, such as Presidio.

Core of the cold coming is knifing into the Southern Plains so they will see the greatest anomalies

Snow yet again tonight and tomorrow no blockbuster storms but it's been a couple inches almost every day here. Looks like another 2-4" maybe 5 or 6 inches in Northwest Indiana from additional lake effect

Skilling is showing warming trend in the 11-15 day period. We'll see
