Jeez that would bring some very chilly air into the region.

I don't think this June will be hot out east. They are forecasting a Negative NAO, but it seems that it will impact Europe more than North America

Look at that jet stream dip in California and in Europe right now
I asked Cambium, and got no response, so I'll ask you. Why do you two tend to favor the Euro over the GFS?

Perhaps because the euro model has a better track record for accurate model forecast simulation than the American model, even I have more faith in the European model than I have for the American model; really sucks that its data isn’t more accessible

And probably for a good portion of the summer.
This endless pattern is costing me $$, not enough dry days to paint my own house; have to hire a crew.
So I can sell the damn thing, and move to a drier climate.

I’d like to see another summer of 2010, 2011,2012 repeat:P. Too bad it seems like the Corn Belt is trending colder and wetter and may in fact be headed for another ice age soon

Currently the temperature is 74F with a 64F dew point at 12:30pm EST. The high for today is 78F.

It feels very humid outside today. I’ve been spoiled with these dew points in the 40s and 50s over the past month.
I think there is a weak cold from moving in tomorrow, and I hope it will knock the dew points down into the 50s again.

Could not agree about this, 2016 was everything I love about summer weather, lots of heat humidity along with frequent thunderstorms.
