Drier than normal midwest which includes the Great Lakes I presume.
Much welcomed after the dreary fall we've had Pretty much standard Nino climo, as all the action would be down south. unless you live in an area with a reverse west windflow
Looking at my local forecast, it appears that my area will have high temperatures around 60°F and low temperatures around 40°F for a period of time in the middle of the month. That's slightly above normal in both regards, but nothing offensive like 2015. After that, it'll be back into a cold pattern by Christmas, and through New Year's Day into early January.
We are getting temp swings that i like now. Now if we could just get heavy rain every week i would be 100% happy with this pattern. Maybe get lucky and get .70" for this weekend. Warm up starting today.
